Deal to Announce: Welcome Arab Film Festival to 333 Valencia!

This is the third tenant I've crossed paths with who chose to relocate from 300 Brannan, a building I'm very familiar with as I have several clients there. 

As SOMA commercial real estate rates skyrocket, several tenants refuse to compete with the venture-backed firms willing to pay market rents - several are fleeing to "value space."

The AFF is moving across the hall from the American Indian Film Institute, creating a film cluster at the Fog Building - who would have thought?!

Congrats. to the newest tenant at Fox Plaza.  We were fortunate to find ideal law firm space overlooking Twitter's new headquarters.

This location was ideal due to the close proximity to the courthouse, public transportation, and other amenities.
